Increase server size

@rowdy-reid I think the spawn point thing is understandable and it could be addressed by adding new outposts, or activating marrows for spawn. bu i dont think there would be more griefing, because the people who grief would be canceled out by the people who dont. It is really up to chance if you get in a server with some rotten apples and i dont think that would change if the server size is 50 or 10

What do you mean by 'server size'? Do you mean ship count? That is at 6 per server, which is how it was intended for the number of intended counters based on the amount of time played after much testing. It's also the number of outposts which can simultaneously spawn new ships into the server, as Morrow's Peak is in the Devil's Roar, where ships do not spawn as to not be forced into dealing with the instability of the region. The servers are also at the limit with the load they can take in terms of ship count, due to the several hundred interactable points and moving parts which must smoothly move alongside ships.
If you meant player count, it currently sits at 6-24 on a full server, ranging from all ships being solo crews to them all being full galleons (both unlikely events). Increasing it could be done in two ways: increasing the ship count, or making bigger ships. The ship count is unlikely to be increased, as stated above. Rare have gone so far as to state that in the event of another map expansion (which they do not currently have planned), they would add more ways to track down and encounter other players rather than add more ships. This has already been seen with the additions of the skeleton fleet, common strongholds, Fort of the Damned, reaper's chests and Reaper's Mark. As for larger ships, Rare has shown a distaste in this possibility, but it is also one of the main requests for the game, by the most people (crossplay opt-out and PvE servers/zones are debated by the same few, so while they are by far the most frequently requested features they are not the most widely requested ones). As such, Rare may do it in the future, as creating and balancing a larger ship can take quite some time, as will making something to set it apart from the rest.
