<![CDATA[Letter of Formal recommendation cool down]]>

Ahoy,
So I recently bought a letter of form recommendation from Duke for 30 doubloons and a few days passed before I went back to buy another, only this time it was locked. Now it used to let me instantly buy another and it's been a few days so does anyone know how long I'll have to wait before I can get another

It is 1 per month per faction, they should really add an in game timer for this. when hovering over the item or something.
