While you have this done on Arena the main game still needs saving from crossplay. The unfairness of facing pc players as well as how negative the interactions between xbox and pc players is we need you to bring this to Adventure.

Feels kind of scummy how Rare is doing these lackluster updates and adding overpriced, Curch of EA microtransactions instead of working on a feature promised to be released 4 months ago.

Love the game, and you're doing an awesome job. However, you told us that crossplay Opt-Out was coming before the Arena. Where is it?

It is glaring obvious that people playing on PC have an advantage, and I would like this feature to be implemented. We need a status update on this feature.

Im sick and tired of dieing to PC players, why do i have to have them in my game when i pay for xbox live,almost every time i cant sink a ship its because ill look on my recent players, find their name and it will have the PC symbol beside their name. Im done playing against people on superior hardware just because i dont wanna give myself carpel tunnel by hunching over a dang keyboard all day. I paid just as much if not more and im tired of seeing those keyboard symbols by their name. Please rare, im just trying to even the playing field... I sat on the loading screen for 20 secs after i left ferry of the damned and could just hear my ship getting blasted, spawns me in right as it sinks, im done for now.

I honestly can not wait for xbox servers to come out so all of you Xbox players will stop crying. But if you want to know what I am most excited for is the feedback when it comes out. I bet all you xbox players think you are going to go into your xbox servers and never die! Because the only reason an xbox player ever dies is because of a PC player right? Rare hurry with this update on opt out! I want to see what the xbox players will say when they are dying over and over again to only xbox players..LOL

I'm so tired of playing with all these Xbox players! Rare, you really need to make it an option for PC players to opt-out of crossplay! I don't always feel like teaching basic mechanics to players that have no idea how to even sail a ship! Every time I play with Xbox players, they always complain how everything is so difficult; and how PC players have such a big advantage over them, even though Xbox has Mouse & Keyboard support! They can plug a M&K into their Xbox yet they still complain about us having a "huge advantage". I'm sick of it. I want to option to only play with my fellow PC players; so I can stop hearing all this useless complaining!

So I think it's only fair, so that I can have a much more enjoyable experience playing Sea of Thieves, and I think every other PC player will agree with me. Xbox player are just so unbearable to play with. All they do is cry and complain like 4 year olds, which makes sense since a lot of them actually are 4 year olds; but that's besides the point! Make Crossplay Optional for PC players! I shouldn't have be forced to babysit!

I've been away from the game for a good while. I was around in the beginning when the game was very shallow. But I've lately been picking up on details of things that we were asking for back in the alpha and beta days that sound like they will soon be coming to the game, and it sounds like it is nearly time to come back aboard.

So if you scurvy dogs wouldn't mind catching me up on the highlights of what improvements have been made and are on the horizon, possibly pointing me to a topic or video that summarizes it all, that would be greatly appreciated. Also wondering who is still around from the old days or recently made a return?

Listen I understand everyone's concern but only about %20 of players are pc if you alienate them they will quit in the long run because its already hard enough for us to find full servers. If you let xbox players opt out a majority of them will. Don't disrespect your pc community like that. I hope they find a better solution to the problem because otherwise they're gonna kill the pc community for this game

So, the crossplay opt out option will be going live soon. Regardless of your opinion on it, it's happening. My big question is, what is going to be done to keep people from circumventing it on console? In the dev update video, Joe said that m&k support would be coming to console players, which is a good thing in my opinion. However, what exactly is going to be done to keep players from entering a controller only lobby, loading in, and then switching to a mouse and keyboard on either system? Has this been addressed at all? Point is, it isn't hard to trick a console/PC into thinking it's receiving one type of input device when another is actually plugged in.
