Next month, Clan AOD is celebrating its 20th anniversary. As part of the celebrations we have all kinds of fun events planned for our different game divisions. One of these divisions is for Sea of Thieves and we'd love to try and organize an event like the battle for London, LA and the Twitch streamers, where we get an Arena Crew together and take on crews from other clans out there that play Sea of Thieves, just for fun and our love for the game. As a prize for the winning clan we could get like an in game title (of our clan name) that members can use and/or a custom sail or flag with the clan logo.

@galactic-geek Why not? With the other events the winners got like a gold plated X-box, so I say a custom title is a very modest prize as fun is the most important anyway. It doesn't cost any money nor does it give anyone any advantage. Don't see why it would be a problem.
@jofjjay Well we would need Rare's support in order to make it work to get these crews together in the same Arena battle, so it could actually be turned into an official Sea of Thieves event, similar to them having had one for streamers who play SoT.

There were a few previous events, such as the 'hunt for the golden banana' one with its bright yellow jacket, that had some in-game rewards. Other players, such as a crew with a talk show, had rewards too. Many player names can be found for their completed feats, scattered about the Sea of Thieves (and beyond it, too, in some cases). Rare would probably be willing to let a big enough clan that organizes an event get a title or sail.@ultmateragnarok Exactly! I mean I don't care about expensive prizes like gold plated X-boxes or anything, but a title or a sail would be a simple, fun and cheap reward as an incentive for those who take part to do their best. Just because any competition is better if there is something to win.
