Lost all progres in game. On forum my acc all white but i play 40 hour and have 1 buy donate and playing but all gone.

I suggest create a support ticket with Microsoft directly, as this seems to be an Xbox account issue and Microsoft handles all issues about Xbox directly through the Microsoft website.
The other person is also a steam user. So it might be a syncing issue between Xbox live services and steam accounts.
@thesnakekek You can use multiple microsoft accounts under the same steam account. I'm suggesting you've logged in with the wrong Microsoft account from within the game.
