So we got ziplines on islands but i think it would be really cool if u could swing on ropes on the boats like they di in pirates of the Caribbean, people could use this for boarding too, swing from your boat to the other player boat, and maybe use weapons whilst on the rope too.
You could also add ropes and vines to islands too, i think it would be a fun mechanic.
Agreed, would give up the grapple gun for a swingshot gun any day. With that said, there's no reason they can't implement both or even implement ropes out at islands either. Personally would want a swing shot that allows players to rope themeselves in and out. Not like spiderman though, but good enough to allow for traveling distance or even boarding other ships if it attaches to something like a mast
