Lustrous Legend Flag For Everyone Cause Claim Doesn't Work?

  • Dear Dev Team,

    Please let everyone get the flag as login reward! The claim doesnt work.
    I spend 7 days on doing weird stuff on Bing. I deserve the flag i worked for so do all the others.
    Please stop with those weird Microsoft "redeemables" which probably cause a lot of tickets in the
    studio as well. Our precious time for more important matters...

  • @realstyli it is a microsoft issue. I use rewards for other things and I ran into this.

    1. Turn off any vpns or services that change your locations

    2. Check to see if you claimed it already on something else

    3. Refresh. If these dont work u gotta wait it out

    Don't use one, and as I said in the thread I linked, my location is correct.

    1. Check to see if you claimed it already on something else

    I did not. And I checked order history.

    1. Refresh. If these dont work u gotta wait it out

    Hence, the troubleshooting thread. Which, if you look at it, has MULTIPLE people in multiple locations with the issue.

  • Following reports from other users, we believe that this issue is now resolved. In an attempt to claim the Lustrous Legend Flag through the Microsoft Rewards Punch Card System:

    • Proceed to Microsoft Rewards
    • Scroll down to the section 'Quests and punch cards'
    • Rotate through the Carousel and select the Lustrous Legends Flag
    • Click Claim Now on the Claim your reward section
    • Your reward should now be available.
