I think sot should add the phrase “Farewell and Adieu” to quick pirate chat so it can be the opposite of “Ahoy”. The closest thing we have to saying goodbye in quick pirate chat (in my opinion) is the phrase “Well Played”a proper goodbye I think is cool

No. Parlay is about using wits and talking your way out of a situation in your own favor... Forming an Alliance is more of a direct, and very specific, action. I like to Parlay a lot with people to get commendations done, no need to form an alliance.
