If you are still in the main menu and not yet on the open sea, you can access the pirate logbook recently, but there is the following point:
Guilds are not displayed there, for the factions where you are already award 5, no level is displayed at all, and for the other factions where you are currently award 1-4, only the level is displayed and no award progress!
