Make the Gold Curse randomized every time it's equipped

So basically I want Rare to use the old, randomized Gold Curses, but every time the player reequips the curse it will be a different random curse. The players who are angry about losing their old curse could get similar curses and unlucky players won't be permanently stuck with curses they disliked in the old system. It would also be cool if most people had different looking curses as they would feel more unique.
