Royal Sovereign Capstan Confirmed

    Ahoy Mates!
    I was looking through Senior Environment Artist David Milligan's Artstaion posts today, and look what I found:
    Capstan

    That mates is a Royal Sovereign Capstan. (Not Currently in the game)
    With this information, I think it's safe to assume that there will also be a Royal Sovereign Cannon and Captain's Wheel coming as well.

    Hopefully this means the other Cannons, Capstan and Wheel sets will be getting their own color changes too.

    Well spotted!

    I think I already suspected they were on the way, the current options seem quite limited. Also where's all the Bilge Rat cannons, wheels and capstans? Bilge rats make the most interesting things from the bits of old rubbish they sleep on behind the Taverns

    I'd love to see what the Bilge Rats have in store for their Cannons, Captans and wheels as well!
    Especially the Scury Bilge variants, but for the love of the sea!
    Turn down the prices on the Scury set!

    @sgt-palooggoo Ship cosmetics...my greatest weakness in the Sea of Thieves. This discovery is very exciting! Thanks for posting it Sgt! My hope is that Rare will provide additional variants for all of the other Sovereign, Admiral, Sea Dog, Trading Company, and Bilge Rat variants. The more to collect the better! I kind of also wish they'd add flags for the Trading Companies and the various "ship sets" they currently have.

    Your welcome mate, I'm guessing they'll be adding these style of cosmetics with the Tall Tales update.
    They'll be the rewards for achieving the new quests.
    Kinda like how The current Cannons, Captans and Wheels are locked behind commendations.

    @sgt-palooggoo That's absolutely a possibility. I think offering cool cosmetics for completing quests is a great way to motivate people to explore more of the lore. I like it.
