Have a server-switching option for people who aren't connected to the optimal server.

@pc-monkfish That's still going to put you on the same stamp...once you're stuck in a bad stamp, you're stuck there until you "leave game" and start a fresh server.
I think what OP is asking for is the ability to select region preferences... though OP's post could definitely use some more clarity.
