What about the rowboats?

According to the patch notes for this Season's Act I, there should be rowboats without a keg on the beaches

Crews spotting a washed-up Rowboat will now have an equal chance of finding any of the different types of Rowboat.

So there should be 50% with keg and 50% without keg, but it wouldn't be the first time Rare messes up their probabilty calculations.

Could be that the ones without a keg end up more on other ships before you spot them and the ones with a keg are left behind.

I havnt seen a keg rowboat in months. I figured the removed them.

Regular rowboats are pretty common. The ones with kegs show up more in the roar and on skeleton camps and forts.
