So the devs just tweeted, that the forsaken shores is about to end, and that we will have to hurry to get the time limited cosmetics. In there were pictures of the kraken crab and fiery set. Are they realy time limited? They deleted that tweet now but i dont know what to believe.

Those items of clothing are NOT time limited, the only items that will be gone after the next update are those that Duke sells you for doubloons.
Hope that clears things up for you :)
Further to this, if you check out the campaign page in the link below the time limited items are marked with a green clock icon in the top right.
@Musicmee beat me to it. But, yes, anything the DR shops and shipwright sell will be mainstay items. Duke sells the time limited items.
