@lt-swag-johnson It's not delayed. Joe tweeted out today that it wasn't and that they were trying something "new" by keeping their cards close to their chest. He said to keep an eye out for news tomorrow.
My guess is that we'll get a content trailer tomorrow with a list of all the new features. Sort of like how they've done in the past where they announce what the new time exclusive items will be as well as showing off the new ship customization set and options (new hulls, sails, flags, figure heads, capstans, wheel, and cannons) and then on Wednesday when they bring the servers down to remove FoD they'll bring them back online with the Shrouded Spoils update.
