the grind is to much to find all rare variants

its not good for people who work long hours to come home and spend 3-4 hours fishing just not to progress anywhere with the commendations

Please don’t change anything. It only relaxing thing left in this game. Like the shrouded ghost, one of few reasons I have left to keep playing. The grind, the chilling on a beach, and peace of mind.

This is how fishing is. And should remain.

We would like to play more of the game not just sit here spending all our game time fishing.

Well. Nobody says you have to fish and not do other stuff. You can fish while ship is moving :/ heck fish anytime

If I can dig for grubs, earthworms, and leeches, having to fill up a storage crate (bait crates didn't exist then), sailing out and finding the spots to fish, and finally finishing the Legendary Hunter of the Sea of Thieves title, you should have no problem now. The rare spawn rate is fine. Simply take 5 seconds to buy a bait crate and off you go.

Lots of people hunt these fishing commendations.
Instead of fishing solo, fish with a galleon crew. 4x ur chances of getting the rare variants.

I was fishing for bonedust plentifins
In the deep water of the shores of plenty exactly where I should be for that type of fish stayed away from the island to remove islehoppers from the spawn pool...

If you wanna play that way and use it to relax then by all means but for me who has limited hours to play and is current commendation hunting for fish its just to long by the time I am through with fishing and 2-3 updates have been released and im playing catch up.
Sure I can leave fishing and come back to it but thats not what I want to do i would like to focus on one set of commendations at a time, I jist feel there should be temporary rare spawn increases thats all not permanent changes.

I was fishing for 3 hours and not a single rare spawn and the grade 5 commendation is 10 rare fishes its not good for someone eith little hours to play i fall so far behind on updates and content trying to get fishes done,
Sure I can leave it and come back to it but I dont want to do that... a temporary boost to spawn rates would be nice every so often nothing permanent.

Yeah thats a valid point we are a sloop of 2 but getting randoms is hit and miss sometimes and other times we dont want a random with us but yeah a 4x would increase the speed

Little time. Meaning? You have a date in the future where you are going to stop playing all together? Are you under the impression the commendations or game are shutting down soon and if you don’t complete them. Game over?

You’re not expected to finish right away. Idk why people wanna rush these things.

Not only is fishing easier to do now with bait crates you can purchase, but back on October 2022 when I earned Legendary Hunter of Sea of Thieves, fishing was made even easier when you could see the names of the fish. Imagine not only having to dig up bait, but also having to identify fish on your line, like many before me had to do?

What's stopping you from earning this again?

Listen you may have all the time in the world but I wanna complete commendation and move on to new content or other games and live my life at the same time, its unfair to people who have little time. Only people who dont mind it is the people who can play all day every day.

Its old content they should make it easier slightly so people can focus on the new content they out out to keep people active and present so they are more interactions in said content.

Yeah I get it bud you like to flex your Legendary hunter title and I was around then aswell I know its improved but 3-4 hours of fishing without a single rare is abit of a joke.

I'm actually wearing the Savior of Golden Sands title to remind me of the fun I had with friends back then.

Also, make sure you're using the right bait in the right areas. If you run out, rest assured you can quickly and easily buy another bait crate. It's unfortunate it's difficult for you.

Try 7 years without seeing shrouded ghost. You have more luck finding Rares in barrel by shipwrecks. How I find mine XD
