sea of thieves support website not working?

    is any one's support website not working because I need to report a bug where my commendation are not triggering even if I've meet all the requirements

    and it funny that on the (Oh dear! sight) it suggested you ''To raise a support request at visit support.seaofthieves.com'' but I can't because that the sight that not working
