Add cannon sensitivity

    I'm gonna keep it simple but in some situations I feel like the cannon feels slow and chunky it may be beacause annons are slow in IRL but idk.

    Cannons are much slower irl, the horizontal traverse on a 5 lb naval gun is 0°/s

    I don't want cannon sensitivity. Personally, when I yell at a cannon for missing, I don't want it to sulk and refuse to fire for a while while telling me everything is "fine"
