Couldn't Load Ships/Vendors/What's New tab

I wouldn't be posting here unless I absolutely needed help, SoT support (bless y'all) take quite a while to answer and so do I, so I feel like I always miss the window to get responses more quickly. Maybe not /shrug
As the title says, I have been unable to load my ships, ANY vendors (other than the emporium), and the whats new tab never works, which is usually the first indicator that everything else will not work. It's been like this for maybe 2 weeks, I've verified integrity, reinstalled, followed almost every solution I've seen elsewhere but nothing works. If anyone has something that could help me, I'd appreciate it :)
