Returning Season Cosmetics

So with the podcast having confirmed that previous season cosmetics are returning via purchase with doubloons (probably a lot of them), is it dastardly to expect the art team to complete seasonal sets overtime? I'm referring to the Daring Deceiver, Lucky Hand, and Wicked Web sets to name a few. And if that should be the case, is it too much to ask the art team to fit a Moonlit Barnacle set in there too (please guys I have 9k doubloons I'll get 9k more if you make a moonlit set)?
