The sea of thieves is at war!
Join Flameheart or the athena guardians to fight for control!
A faction pvp server where you can only join as one of the faction members.
You can claim forts and islands by lighting a beacon on the island.
Claimed land rewards periodic points which in turn trigger world events that aid the opposing faction.
For example flameheart himself and his burning blade may enter the world and attack the ships of the opposing faction.
Jack sparrow may reappear through the golden portal to lend a hand.
I believe a seperate worldspace would be needed as it would really irk the PVE players and rightly so, you cant relax with a war going on!
Aside from the claiming island things its business as usual. Sea of thieves but with a new twist of knowing you have instant allies who need your help and instant enemies you must be mindful of.
SOT has some great mechanics for combat but its quite rare we have a multi-player fleet battle! It would be a sight to behold!
