Spawning on ships

After trudging through the PvP I got to say spawning on your ship when someone is on it especially the sloop is awful. When someone is there you facing generally away from the ship and they just wait in back behind the map to kill you before you can even realize where you are. There should be some kind of immunity for some time or something to combat this spawning to die in less than a second sucks, yes the player is good but you can barely put up a fight.
