Additional Allegiance per time

  • One of the core issues with the opt-in pvp is that the progression doesn't consider time spent fighting. 3 minutes fight rewards the same as 30 minutes fight. This is especially an issue for casuals who have long battles until the supplies burn out for the lack of skill to end fights. It's discouraging that trying your best to achieve victory basically means slowing down progression, as it would be faster to just ram the other ship to win/lose quickly, which also means being able to do many more battles while increasing the chance of finding someone afk for easy progression boost.

    Rewarding additional Allegiance based on the fight duration would improve the player experience significantly.

  • I disagree. It would encourage running and not commiting to any rotation. Matches would become way more passive.
