More Captain’s Voyage Types

Since Legend of the Veil voyages are available in bulk as Captain’s Voyages, I think that Gold Hoarder Vault voyages, Order of Souls Ghost Fleet voyages, and Merchant Alliance Lost Shipment voyages should be available as Captain’s Voyages as well. These are the types of voyages that my crew uses the most to get emissary rewards, and since the normal Captain’s Voyages don’t count towards commendations for voyages completed, it makes Captain’s Voyages largely useless for us. If we could buy those higher quality voyages in bulk and have them count towards commendations as normal, Captain’s Voyages would be a huge QoL improvement for us.
