Custom captain ship sets

Iam a little curious if we are ever gonna be able to customize a ship set that fits our new captained ships like have a ship creator set up for those who have bought a ship to Captain and run it thru u rare and they accept it and we get it as a in game content type thing cause my gally the Runic Raven would look amazing as a dark blackish hull with glowing golden and deep red runes all over it as if it's taken over and with a Viking/Norse long boat style of gally with custom interior options with like a Norse shields on the wall or pelts but the figurehead is a huge one eyed raven with glowing runes on its body and wings and have a huge raven on the sails that are tattered and worn and a steering wheel that has Odin's face on it and the handles are ravens heads and that cannons are also ravens with glowing eyes of the magical forces that are the Runic Raven I just would love the idea to be able to make the ship look the part of the name
