Weird spyglass secret?

    When doing the Tall Tales, and looking into a NPC’s head/body with a spyglass, there is a weird eyeball looking thing, can anyone explain?

    @sn0kanon I don’t have a screenshot, but I know it works when looking into the ghost of Jack Sparrow with a spyglass.
