Sometime the Golden Sailor wheel will appear as it's default brown wooden wheel with gold highlights appearance regardless of hull, and other times the wood will change to match the hull that you have selected (images of examples below). I am unsure as to which one of these is intended but it is annoying when the wood doesnt change to match the hull as I like the gold highlights but the default wood doesnt go with every hull, and I am unable to regularly replicate it.
There is also the same issue with the golden sailor cannons
