Windows 10 Game Performance Issues

I’ve recently in the last few months have not been able to run Sea of Thieves without poor frame rate or the game being choppy. I used to be able to run the game just fine with uncapped FPS and maxed settings. Anyone having the same issue or have any idea how to fix my problem. Any help is appreciated!
