SERIOUS BUG PLS HELP

I think i might have discovered a bug that basically wiped out all of my cosmetic items, I can't get them back, and SoT support hasn't replied to my request ticket yet. I have loads of screenshots, but i need to know, had this happened to anyone else? also, how do i get in direct contact with someone who can do something about this?
