Bounty System

  • Ok, so I know lots of people have suggested this but I have a great idea on how it works. I am currently working on some lore for this new company, if anybody is interested just post below.

    • Inside the company's building would be a message board.

    • The board would have pictures of Grade Five emissaries.

    • The type of emissary and how much they are wanted would be on the paper.

    • Players could vote on a piece of paper, and then claim from the NPC in the building a separate piece of paper. This piece of paper would say what region of the map they are in and a rough estimate of how much gold they have.

    • If a bounty has been voted on but not finished within one hour, then the players they are tracking could see them on the map.

    • After sinking their bounty's ship they would go back to the bounty NPC and have to turn in one of the bounty's loot as "proof" they would then be awarded for sinking and extra gold for each player killed. (Does not increase by each kill to discourage spawn killing)

  • The company should be called the mercenaries guild. Also imagine if you combo this with grade 5 reapers so you could track your target

  • And their emblem is a target
