In movies like Pirates of the Caribbean we often see the pirates swinging from ship to ship, or sliding along a rope - so why not bring it to Sea of Thieves?
Once you throw out the grappling hook from the front of your ship, an option to zipline along it would be a fun and useful feature for getting off/on the ship.
There would obviously have to be some thought into how players might abuse the feature - but my thinking is it'd only work if it had a downwards trajectory (as in you wouldn't be able to slide up the rope).
Another suggestion might be the ability to hook loot onto the rope and slide it down. We already have a quick way to get things onto the ship - why not add a way to slide things off of it too?
