As the title says, on the steam version I get a 2 second pause whenever I alt-tab to and from the game. Oddly this issue is only present for me on the steam client and not the MS client. Needless to say this is pretty jarring, has anyone managed to find a fix for this?

Yeah it's a common problem, but on the next patch it should be fixed.
