Salve a tutti voi, amici gentiluomini del mare.
Sono nuovo su Sea of Thieves: non ho ancora iniziato nemmeno la missione “Viaggio inaugurale” che è il tutorial necessario per apprendere le basi. Il motivo per cui non ho ancora iniziato è che io dispongo della versione di Sea of Thieves per pc, ma siccome sono molto impacciato e goffo con la tastiera, ho acquistato un controller Xbox per pc da collegare quando gioco. Il controller dovrebbe arrivarmi in settimana, quindi spero di unirmi a voi entro il weekend.
Nella vita reale sono uno scrittore: ho scritto diversi libri, di cui alcuni pubblicati con casa editrice. Come potete immaginare, ho sempre avuto la passione per il mondo dei pirati e delle scorrerie: i pirati che idolatro maggiormente sono Edward Teach (alias Barbanera), Anne Bonny & Mary Read, Grace O'Malley e Bartholomew Roberts. Anche Henry Avery e Thomas Tew sono di mio gradimento, ma non così tanto. Ho una vera e propria fissazione per Libertalia, la mitica colonia dei pirati in Madagascar, che sono convinto sia esistita per davvero, e che spero un giorno di poter raccontare in uno dei miei libri. Ho una grande passione anche per San Disma, il “ladrone pentito” che nella saga di Uncharted viene dipinto come il santo protettore di Libertalia.
Siccome, come ho detto, ho zero esperienza con il gioco e vorrei orientarmi un po’ prima di darmi alle quest più difficili, mi piacerebbe molto farmi le ossa con diverse ricerche di tesori o piccole missioni, e solo poi passare alle missioni più importanti o alle scorrerie contro altri giocatori. Cerco quindi una ciurma di galeone a cui aggregarmi, di lingua italiana (sebbene sappia leggerlo e scriverlo, non riesco ancora a capire bene l’inglese parlato) con cui fare missioni a frequenza costante, e che sia abbastanza “costante” da garantirmi che ogni volta non sarà con membri diversi.

Hello to all of you, fellow gentlemen of the sea.
I am new to Sea of Thieves: I have not yet started even the mission "Maiden Voyage" which is the tutorial needed to learn the basics. The reason I have not started yet is that I have the PC version of Sea of Thieves, but since I am very clumsy and awkward with the keyboard, I bought an Xbox controller for PC to plug in when I play. The controller should arrive later this week, so I hope to join in by the weekend.
In real life, I am a writer: I have written several books, some of which have been published with publishing houses. As you can imagine, I have always had a passion for the world of pirates and raids: the pirates I idolize most are Edward Teach (aka Blackbeard), Anne Bonny & Mary Read, Grace O'Malley and Bartholomew Roberts. Henry Avery and Thomas Tew are also to my liking, but not as much. I have a real fixation on Libertalia, the mythical pirate colony in Madagascar, which I am convinced it really existed, and which I hope one day to chronicle in one of my books. I also have a great passion for St. Disma, the "repentant thief" who in the Uncharted saga is depicted as the patron saint of Libertalia.
Since, as I said, I have zero experience with the game and I would like to orient a bit 'before giving me the most difficult quests, I would love to make my bones with different searches for treasures or small quests, and only then move on to more important missions or raids against other players. So I'm looking for a galleon crew to join, Italian-speaking (although I can read and write it, I cannot yet understand well spoken English) with which to do missions at a constant frequency, and that is "constant" enough to guarantee me that each time will not be with different members.
