My water graphics are broken and I need help.

    Compared to the amazing and dynamic water that the game normally has, my water is very edged and blocky; I noticed this recently when I was watching my friend play and noticed that my water looks horrible compared to his.
    I am a new player and have had this since acquiring the game.

    Specs: CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-core processor Settings: All are 'Mythical' except
    Graphics Card: AMD Radeon RX 5700 particle effects which is
    RAM: 16GB 'Rare'.

    I will send pictures of the waves if it is necessary.

    Settings: all 'mythical' except particle effects which is 'rare' (It doesn't let me go more than 'rare').
