Solution found for "ITEM_NONAME_IP (NO PICK UP)" glitch on some vaults.

Me and some friends found a glitch the other day when we were doing gold vaults that wouldn't let them place the vault key, instead it would tell them "ITEM_NONAME_IP (NO PICK UP)". After thinking on it a moment I remembered I had "The shoudbreaker" quest active on my ship and that the island they were trying to open, crocks hollow, is a vault that the The shoudbreaker can spawn in. After removing the tall tale from the quest table on my ship the other crew was able to place the Crocks Hollow vault key and proceed with the vault without issue. I think it's fair to say there is something happening when two different types of vaults are active at once and if you have this issue and don't have a Tall Tale active it might mean someone else on the server does and how you handle that is up to you.
