Ahoy ye scallywags and grog hounds, I am the good captain GrizzleSpit. I am seeking new recruits for my new guild, created to provide a community of like minded players of all play styles who aim to find mates to sail with, new friends too party up with, a knowledgeable pirate veteran to learn from, bring some life too those nights of solo slooping, or just find some chill pirates too play the game with. No matter what your looking for you will find it amongst the ranks of Fortunes Favored Few.
Weather you are the newest of the new to ever stalk the deck of a ship or the most seasoned PvP master, there's a spot for you here with the pirate lads and lasses that make up the fine folks in The Fortunes Favored Few.
Currently seeking all pirates interested in finding there crew of mates too fill there ships ranks and sail as a full crew against everything The Sea of Thieves has to offer. All new pirates just cutting there teeth on a pirate ship and learning how the game is played can come and join on to a Guild Ship and pillage and plunder alongside pirates of all skill level and get the chance too learn the finer points of the game from those who have learned the hard way already and get a leg up with the benefit of experienced knowledge and potentially avoid making the mistakes we all surely have as a new Merrick on the isles before we journeyed and saved enough gold for our very own ship.
Veteran players are encouraged too be supportive, informative, and even open too playing with those who are new to the game and are incouraged too teach and help too mold our young fresh swabbies into the most fearsome pirate lords to ever sail a ship across The Sea of Thieves. Please take the time once in a while too invite a newer guild member and newer player too your game and be the kind of pirate you wish others had been to you when you was a new swabbie yerself. I myself know if I had a fine example of a teacher when I started I would be alot further now in my quest for pirate legend and probably even have a few curses unlocked by now.
The Fortunes Favored Few represents every pirate under the command of myself and worthy of calling themselves a member of this fine guild. Fortunes Favored Few stands for a friendly and knowledgeable community compiled of the few pirates who are lucky enough too become apart of this fabled guild of mates and are favored by fortune with every new dock reached at every port in the seas. They are focused on having a good time over being the best in the world and as a result are Favored with Fortunes not only of the golden variety, but also with a fortuitous bounty of mates too band together with to turn those lonely quests and tall tales into fun and exciting voyages of laughter, smiles, and grog fueled jam sessions rocking shanty's on yer hurdy gurdy s and accordions out on the high seas from sun down till sun up. We focus not on the level of your pirate, days played, abilities as a player or your amount of gold and fancy cosmetics. Instead we focus on the pirates who make this game great and creating those special encounters that we all aspire to have with friends like tucking away on a gally in wait too hijack a crews loot when they reach port (grimey but not unwelcomed tactics) or sailing out with the mission of sinking as many ships as you can. Those are the kinds of pirates we are here at Fortunes Favored Few and that's the kind of pirates we shall be among as brethren.
The guild will be slowly growing over the next few months with new members joining often hopefully as well as adding to our already growing legion of ships for all guild members to use as there own underneath the name of Fortunes Favored Few. We will be developing the guild as we grow larger into a social and ever evolving band of pirates with social media, discord servers for the faction members too communicate, community made events held amongst the guild members, possibly custome servers if possible for guild only seas, and even stream promotion and notifications for those who stream there adventures too YouTube, twitch, or other platforms and a way for these content creators too not only promote there brand and channel but also too help in the creation of original content through the help of guild mates. We are all under the same premise and hold the game and our mates among Fortunes Favored Few's ranks, as such we all are here too reach the same goal and become the best we can be and call ourselves a pirate legend. As such, we must create a socially active, accepting, and knowledgeable legion of pirates and hold ourselves as the favored few that sail or have sailed The Sea of Thieves by helping each other both in game and out of game if ever able to. No exceptions for any pirate who feels they are too good to hold themselves at this level of behavior, everyone here is an equal and treated with the same standard as there fellow Merricks. Any and all toxic behavior, hostility twords guild mates, aggressive attitudes or hateful speech, as well as the sabotage or miss use of guild ships will be rewarded with a brief acknowledgement of non approved actions and further failure to hold them selves to such a standard worthy of The Fortunes Favored Few will be disband from the guild and banished from all guild media outlets such as discord, reddit, Facebook, etc.
Please treat your fellow pirates like family and no less than how you expect to be treated yourself.
