Over the months this comm has been in the game I've struggled with getting loot to contribute with some sells barly contributing. The comm clearly states that trading company loots will progress the comm but it almost never does. Resontly I've been attempting to complete this commendation by selling huge Gold horder capitan vault stacks and multiple Lost shipments and order medleys and no matter how much loot I stack the comm only goes up by 3 to 4 I've been stuck with this for a while and most of the people that I play with are experiencing the same issue. I'm not sure if the comm is looking for a specific type of loot or if the quests that I've tried don't count but I'm stuck with no real way of getting passed grade three I know it's not completely broken because over sum time I've unknowing progressed the comm to 300 pices sold if anyone has tips or has experience this also I would appreciate feedback back and some sort of support
Treasured company commendation not progressing
@sparks9264 Only the newer company loot that you can get from bottled quests counts (and you can also find it in shipwrecks), so the older ones you find in a vault or a lost shipment indeed don't count.
For GH and OOS it's the loot that looks a bit like the kingly loot, but then also the ones without the "king" in the name. For Merchant is the cloths, bottles and plants with that purplish style.

The wording of the comms is confusing, although before you click on the comms it describes "kingly treasure". That loot your was added last January and includes: Kings chests, skulls, and crowns of Hope.
Shipwrecks will typically have regular king and ashen king chests and skulls. Emergent skeleton captains and ashen guardians (ones that you just find randomly on large and small islands) now always drop kingly skulls- they have the opalescent Sheen of the kings chests so it's easy to tell.
If you scour shorelines, jetsam barrels in the Sea, and shipwrecks you can find green bottles too. They have gh dig maps (Kings chests), oos fights (King skulls), and riddles (crowns of Hope). Also if doing these, NEVER pass up a delivery for a fruit, wood, cannonball crate or keg! They're very rare voyages and you can only get then in green bottles now.
Not sure the purple merchant deliveries count according to guides online.
